To Billy, everything in life is a joke. He wakes up happy, goes to bed happy, and is excited to be happy the next day. Full of clever and wit, Billy can take any situation and turn it into a very well-constructed Dad Joke. Laugh. Eat. Sleep. Repeat. The only thing in his life to NOT be taken lightly; are his weights. Billy can naturally Bench Press over 3-Plates and can Deadlift just South of 500 lbs. But what more can you expect from a 6’-tall, chocolate-loving monster, that weighs 250 lbs? Billy also flips tires.

Ben has a passion for pumping iron and has been working out for 14 years. Yeah. We know. He’s huge. Standing at just 5’6’, and weighing in at 146 lbs, this micro-human packs a punch, and can Deadlift an impressive 410 lbs. Ben constantly motivates others. If he isn’t chirping you for “not lifting more”, he’s telling you who else is lifting more, so that it drives you to do better; to be better. You can catch this rare species smiling when the occasional youth drop by with a bag full of Skittles. Otherwise, there’s no smiles - it’s just Rise & Grind.
