All of your personal data is kept private and secure, and stored within a License. Your data remains hidden and encrypted. You can then choose either a physical fob to store your License - or - use an app on your smart phone device to access your License. Each Member is only granted one License.

If you happen to break or misplace your current physical fob, we can replace it with a new one. This process ensures we terminate your existing License and migrate your information to a new License.

Please note, for minors under the age of 18-Years, that a Parental Consent Form will need to be signed and submitted to Guest Services.

This allows the child to access and use the facility outside of Staffed Hours, taking full advantage of 24/7-accessibility.
