We are ALMOST ready to announce our Fitness Studio's Class lineup.  Furthermore, we will be sure to provide pricing details as well as a Schedule.  We plan to offer Pilates, CORE, Blast, Yoga, Kickboxing and more!

But what if I have a Toddler?

Lightweight Gym is EXCITED to share, that we've built an entire section dedicated to Toddlers, roughly ages 9 and under, right inside the Tim Hortons Fitness Studio.  You can rest easy knowing that your child is just a glance away, while you're breaking a sweat.


Our only question is, WHO will have more FUN, the kiddos or YOU?

A SNEAK PEEK

CLASSES

DESCRIPTION


YOGA

YOGA blends controlled movement and breath work to build mobility, core strength and balance.  It's an effective way to recover from intense training, prevent injuries and improve overall performance.  Perfect for anyone looking to move and feel better.  Try Vinyasa Yoga, for a deeper and enriching challenge.


PILATES

PILATES is a gentle yet effective form of exercise that targets the core while improving flexibility and balance.  It helps you move more efficiently, reduce tension and feel stronger in everyday life.  Perfect for all experience levels.


CORE

A low-impact workout that focuses on core strength, stability and controlled movement.  it helps improves posture, flexibility and overall body alignment.  Don't worry, you'll also break a sweat.  Suitable for all fitness levels.


FULL BODY BURN

This Blast-style Class delivers fast-paced, results-driven training that targets strength, conditioning and overall performance.  Expect a mix of circuits, bodyweight exercises and explosive movements.  Built to push limits and get real results.  Designed for all fitness levels.

MOMMY & ME

This Class brings moms together in a supportive, welcoming community while rebuilding strength and confidence after pregnancy.  Enjoy a full-body workout, with special care given to strengthening the pelvic floor, designed to help you feel STRONG again - all while your Toddler plays safely off to the side.


CARDIO KICKBOXING (Coming Soon)

Join an exciting team for Cardio-Kickboxing, a fast-paced, high-energy workout that combines striking techniques with powerful cardio movements.  It's designed to burn calories, build strength and boost endurance while keeping every session exciting - lead by Kyle, of Team Deschamps.  A perfect way to relieve stress and level up your fitness.


TODDLER ZONE

We are excited to announce, that an entire section located inside the Tim Hortons Fitness Studio is dedicated to Toddlers!  With padded walls and endless fun, your kids can go nuts all while you focus on YOU.  Packed with a ball pit, blocks and even a bouncy castle, your kids will actually WANT to get out and go to the Gym!!

COFFEE & CARDIO

Start your day with a perfect cup of Tim Hortons Coffee  - hot or cold.  Then, get ready to move around and start sweating.  This Class is designed to bring together like-minded people, while experiencing something unique yet tasteful.


MOMS NIGHT OUT

Moms need a break.  From 5:00 - 7:00 pm every Friday, you can come out and do something fun, all while watching your Toddlers play SAFE in the Timbit Toddler Zone.  Activities can range from simple and basic, to, paint-night activities and such.  these Classes MAY* come with an additional charge.


MORE TO COME

As excited we are, we expect to see some bumps along the way.  We are still working hard to put together a schedule that works for YOU.  We are actively reaching out to additional Teachers and Instructors to discuss more Classes and ideas.  If you have an idea yourself, please reach out to Fitness Director Angela Boldt, and share your enthusiasm.
